Refund and Cancellation Policy
Your course and package course purchases will be made according to this refund, payment and cancellation policy.
PLEASE READ THESE POLICIES AND USER AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE!
It is Lingotics' obligation to send the teacher's tuition fee in full. Lingotics is responsible for any liability and compensation arising from this. Lingotics is not responsible for payment transactions between the student and the teacher outside the Lingotics platform, Lingotics does not monitor such transactions.

Currency of payment and exchange rate risk
Payment transactions are made in the currencies shown on the payment page. On the Lingotics platform, payments can be made in Turkish Lira -TRY and US Dollars-USD
For purchases to be made from countries that are linked to a currency other than the dollar and Turkish lira, there may be a difference between the course you have taken from the Lingotics platform and the amount you pay to your bank due to the calculation of the dollar exchange rate and the international transaction fee and currency conversion fee that will occur accordingly. Lingotics is not responsible for any differences that may arise for such transactions.
Security of your card details
For payments to be made by the student, Lingotics does not host your credit card information on its servers or platform in any way, and your credit card information is not stored on the platform. Payment transactions are carried out by the payment institution.
Refund and Cancellation
Once you have purchased a lesson from Lingotics, you can cancel the lesson up to 6 hours before the lesson time. If you are not in the lesson at the lesson time, as a result of your application to the solution center, your request will be forwarded to the instructor and it is up to the instructor to accept or reject whether the lesson is held or not.
If the lesson is canceled, the amount you paid for the lesson will be added to your Lingotics Balance as Lingotics Credit. You can use your Lingotics balance to take a lesson with another instructor. To receive a refund for the canceled lesson, you can apply to support@lingotics.com by filling in the following information.
- Date and time of class
- Explanation of why you want a refund
- Your teacher's Name and Teacher ID in the course details
- DCourse ID number
The refund will be made within 14 days after the necessary investigations have been carried out.
Package courses
Package lessons allow you to purchase multiple lessons from one teacher and therefore have discounted lesson fees. You have the right to cancel each lesson up to 6 hours before the start of the lesson.
If you are absent from the lesson, your request will be forwarded to the Instructor as a result of your application to the solution center and it is up to the Instructor to accept or reject whether the lesson is held or not.
If the instructor decides that the lesson was not done, your package lesson will be added to your package, not deducted. If you are not satisfied with the content offered by the instructor in the package courses you have taken from the instructor, you can apply to support@lingotics.com by filling in the following information in order to receive the package course fee.

- Course ID number
